Whether you have one staff member of thirteen, it’s important that they know that they are valued & important! One way to show this is to continually find ways to develop and grow their skills. This will not only benefit your staff but in return your business.
This summer we have a dynamic programme of free-to-attend seminars, sessions, and courses this summer that could help boost your business, improve productivity and accelerate growth.
Being delivered both online and at our headquarters at 54 St James Street, the programme comprises fully-funded accredited training opportunities covering a range of topics and has been designed to empower and enlighten both you and your team.
Among the highlights is a course on Unconscious Bias. Taking place over three weeks, the course aims to show how our underlying biases shape our perspective of the world and asks us to consider how we can challenge those biases in our everyday interactions with other people.
There are more than 40 separate sessions and courses available throughout June and July offering hints, tips, guidance, and advice on branding your business, digital marketing, leadership, and management skills as well as opportunities for you or your employees to build confidence, and enhance skills and be more resilient.
