Why small meeting room hire is a great option for your business post Covid.
Hiring a meeting room is a great option for your business and gives everyone involved the chance to relax and collaborate in an effective and productive way.
With many businesses and organisations working towards a flexible return to the office, the need for a clear schedule to show when working time is collaborative and in person has never been more important. With colleagues and teams following different working patterns, and often based in different locations, it is more important than ever that time to meet up is carefully managed.
Productive and effective meetings are planned, include the right people, and have a set agenda with clear objectives. Added to diaries in advance these types of meetings allow everyone involved to prepare and come along ready to be productive – after all there is nothing worse than the feeling of wasting time when you have a growing to-do list waiting at your desk!
Our flagship building, 54 St James Street, Liverpool, is the perfect venue for your meeting, conference or event. With a range of room sizes to host between 2 – 150 people, we have a space to suit your occasion and budget.
Here’s our top reasons why small meeting room hire at 54 St James Street is a great option for your business post Covid.
Meeting up in a coffee shop might sound like a fun option, but the hustle and bustle of customers can get in the way of important discussions as you compete with noise level and busy baristas. If you are discussing delicate or important issues privacy is important and, in some cases, vital if you need to review confidential or sensitive information. A meeting room gives you the privacy and space you need to talk freely and without distraction.
Our building has always been maintained to a very high standard, and our meeting rooms are thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. Since COVID we have increased all touch-point cleaning, ensuring that surfaces and equipment are all sanitised before your visit. We have hand-gel on each floor and every room has a cleaning basket containing wipes, sanitising spray and antibacterial hand- gel.
All access to our meeting rooms are via our reception area, and all visitors to our building have signed in with our venue team. Once you arrive at your meeting area you will not be disturbed, all rooms have their own door which only you will access with your key from our team.
54 St James Street is based in a great location, close to all transport links and just a short walk from Liverpool City Centre the Baltic Triangle area is a creative hub of entrepreneurs, artists and independent businesses.
