The future is female and The Women’s Organisation is leading the charge in fostering women’s empowerment and leadership. Set to take place in the vibrant Liverpool City Region this September, the highly anticipated Women in Leadership Skills Roadshow promises to be a game-changer for aspiring women leaders.
The roadshow is designed to equip women with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration they need to shatter glass ceilings and thrive in leadership roles. We will be travelling to each borough in the Liverpool city region to explore what makes women strong leaders.

The sessions will be held by three of our dedicated facilitators Anne Marie, Roz, and Victoria. With over 30 years combined experience in training and upskilling local women, we couldn’t think of anyone better to deliver our leadership training roadshow!
The Roadshow aims to cultivate practical skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership. Through a series of engaging workshops and interactive sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to develop and enhance their leadership abilities. Participants will gain invaluable tools to navigate the complexities of leadership roles successfully. These workshops will foster an inclusive environment, allowing attendees to network, collaborate, and network with like minded individuals.
