Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!

About this training

The interactive course will be two 3 hour sessions covering:

– What are business goals?

– Tips for setting business goals

– Short and long term business goals

– Using SWOT to measure your business health

– Use SMART method to set business goals

The course will help clients to identify the goals and objectives to develop your business.

*NB* The training will take place over 2 sessions in person on Thursday 17th, Thursday 24th November, 10am – 1pm.

Eligibility:

This programme is open to people living and working in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton)
