Coaching Conversations Level 2

This two-day interactive accredited course is focused on supporting learners in developing tools & techniques to deliver coaching sessions.

This two-session interactive accredited course is focused on supporting learners to identify their skills, and strengths and developing tools and techniques to deliver coaching sessions.

This course builds confidence in learners to enable them to plan and deliver a coaching programme.

This interactive course includes the following topics:

  • Understanding different situations can be used, for example, stress coaching, retirement coaching, change management, and health and wellbeing coaching.
  • Opportunity to develop skills through role plays, scenarios, and observed activities
  • Employing reflective practice using Gibbs reflective cycle and understanding your own learning style

By the end of this course, learners will have identified the situations and models, skills, and qualities to hold confident coaching conversations.

*NB this course will take place face-to-face at 54 St James ST, on Thursday 16th and 17th March, 10 am – 4pm.

I work with startups & growth businesses across the North West and I am an Associate Tutor working in the Business School at Edge Hill University with a focus on leadership and management development, as well as coaching and mentoring.
