One Hour To Sort Out Your Stress
This one hour course is to women and men in the Liverpool City Region who want to learn stress management techniques.
Starts: Friday 21st May, 9am -10am via Zoom
Over the session, you will cover:
- The signs, symptoms, and causes of stress
- What stops us from caring for ourselves?
- Lifestyle changes
- The ability to categorise reasons for stress
- How to develop coping strategies
The course is open to WOMEN & MEN living in the LIVERPOOL CITY REGION (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) who are not in paid employment or economically inactive (perhaps a student, homemaker, taking a career break or retired).
*Help is available to individuals who do not have the right equipment or know-how to access Zoom.*
