This one-day course is open to women in Liverpool who would like to improve their management of stress and identify strategies to cope with

This one-day course is open to women in Liverpool who would like to improve their management of stress and identify strategies to cope with stress. 

Starts: Thursday 22nd October, 10.30am – 12 pm via Zoom

This course covers:

  • The signs, symptoms, and causes of stress
  • What stops us from caring for ourselves?
  • Lifestyle changes
  • The ability to categorise reasons for stress
  • How to develop coping strategies

Step Beyond Stress is open to women in Liverpool who are dealing with stress or living with a health condition or disability. 

‘Change It: Renew’ a programme of support to help women across the Liverpool City Region to improve their resilience, coping mechanisms, and mental wellbeing.
