This workshop aims to upskill and enable you to engage meaningfully with accounts, financial reports, and forecasts. You will discover the systems and processes needed to produce financial reports and forecasts, including when managing a loss of income.

You will also look at the value of recruiting staff and/or board members with financial skills.

Session aims :

• Financial management training and forecasting skills, including a run-through of the language of finance.

• Work through examples and share good practices.

• Learn more about how your financial management responsibilities will change and adapt as your business grows.
