What’s your full name and where are you from?

Paul Anthony Rittenberg

Tell me how you first found out about The Women’s Organisation and become part of our team?

I’ve known about the Women’s Organisation since the Train 2000 days of the 1990s.  Having worked on the Enterprise Hub at Wirral Chamber, this contract was managed by TWO and so I became very familiar with the organisation.  When I was made redundant, a connection was made, an interview followed and here I am!

What kind of things have you done prior to coming to The Women’s Organisation?

Business start up support mostly, and since the 1980s!!  I have worked most recently on Enterprise Hub at Wirral Chamber but before that worked for Business Link and East Liverpool Economic Community Trust (ELECT) where I met many of the current TWO staff.  I have also worked extensively throughout the Liverpool City Region.

What has surprised you about working at The Women’s Organisation?

Not surprised, but certainly delighted at the support and welcome I have received, it has been amazing.

What’s the best thing about working at The Women’s Organisation so far?

Again, the support and the fact that the staff work for each other and help each other as one big team.  Also, opportunities to develop knowledge and grow is very encouraging.

What might (someone) be surprised to know about you?

That I am a guitar player although I never perform live, so don’t ask me!

What do you do when you aren’t working?

I like to do a bit of home music recording of my own songs, walking, reading and watching Eastenders!!!
