This two-part accredited training programme will help you in taking your first steps into a management role.

This accredited training is funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!

What does Stepping Into Management cover?

Perhaps you are mentoring new staff, supervising volunteers, or just about to line-manage a team.

This course will help you identify your skills and strengths and look at the common do’s and don’ts of leadership and management.

  • Develop confidence in yourself and become more assertive.

Who is it for?

This course is open to anyone living in Liverpool City Region who wants to progress to a management roll or work on their leadership skills.
