International collaborative project Women Learning Together (WLT) have launched free online training to empower women internationally to discover their potential.

The online modules will help women to take positive steps in improving their employment and self-employment aspirations to achieve personal and professional growth.

Women Learning Together is an EU-funded initiative promoting women’s economic empowerment. It is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The project is a collaborative effort between Bantani Education (Belgium), Association of Business Women (North Macedonia), Enterprise Evolution Education & Consultancy, EEEC (Ireland), Apid Imprenditorialità Donna (Italy) and Innogate to Europe (Spain).

This has resulted in the launch of five valuable mini-MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses).

The free online training modules are designed to empower women to take positive steps in improving skills to aid their employment and self-employment aspirations, and strengthen their communities.

Each module will address a specific, yet crucial, aspect of entrepreneurship. Modules cover the following:

Your Competences, Your Talents – a transformative course designed to unlock your full potential and empower you to harness your unique abilities and strengths.

Your Potential – This session is a dynamic learning module designed to help you to unlock your full potential.

Creating Value – This module is designed to help you understand how to create value.

Understanding your Personal Digital Visibility – here you can build your digital and networking skills and understand online safety.

Community and Employability – this course will help you to explore your community and identify the opportunities that it offers for your personal and professional growth, through guided self-reflection and practical tasks.

While EEEC will be specifically targeting women in Ireland, these accessible learning resources hold value for women globally seeking to navigate the exciting world of entrepreneurship.
