Job Title: Client Relationships and Engagement Adviser

Salary Scale:  £24,000-£27,000

 

Is this you? 

We are seeking a colleague for this new role that really cares about our client’s journey and experience. Even before a woman has heard about our organisation you will be influencing her journey through the strong relationships you forge out in the community and with key referral organisations. Along every step of her journey with us, you will ensure that she understands the scope of services available to her, both directly and in the wider community.  Throughout her time with The Women’s Organisation, you will be her constant, the person she can come back to for additional support, and to ensure her journey runs smoothly.

 

You will be the first port of call at The Women’s Organisation for women contacting us, providing that much needed reassurance, needs assessment and access to a diverse package of internal and external support to women. You will have a well-developed knowledge of the current range of advice, training, support opportunities that women can access to facilitate their development

 

You will have worked in an engagement, customer relationship, outreach, or community development role placing the client’s needs at the centre of your thinking and practice. We are looking for someone who can reach out and engage with our clients using novel and effective tools and techniques to enable and attract women to access support services. We are looking to work with a proactive and creative individual who can bring innovation to our approach, a broad network, and the capability to transform and expand our reach.  You will need excellent verbal, written, listening, and information analysis skills.

Job Title: Partner Support Officer

Salary Scale: £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Can you produce accurate work to deadlines, supporting existing and new partners deliver their projects in a compliant way?

Do you know your stuff and how to share it so others can understand stuff too?

Can you support partner team members to be confident and capable to meet their project objectives?

Are you able to communicate effectively, verbally and through your written work, with stakeholders at all levels?

The Women’s Organisation is an innovative, social enterprise that provides quality enterprise and employment services and influences policy in order to improve the economic position of women.

We are pleased to be expanding our team through the government Kickstart Scheme and are seeking to recruit a Trainee Administrator to support the high-quality delivery of women’s economic development services throughout the Liverpool City Region and Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate would be working as part of the facilities team to offer a high quality and effective reception and front of house support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer care through reception duties
  • Supporting the preparation of event bookings
  • Maintaining general administration systems

Essential Skills 

  • Good communication and organisation skills,
  • Experience using basic IT.
  • Any experience working in a busy
  • Office or customer service role beneficial but not essential.

The Women’s Organisation is working in partnership with international beverage giant, Diageo to offer new career opportunities to women and diverse communities in the Liverpool City Region.

Based in Runcorn, Diageo is committed to ensuring ongoing education, training, and fulfilling career pathways are available and accessible to all. The Women’s Organisation is helping Diageo to diversify its workforce by recruiting more women and black and racial minority people in the local area.

Together, the partnership is launching two brand new, exciting apprenticeships in packaging operation and engineering. Both pathways offer opportunities to gain vocational qualifications and hands-on training, while paying a Real Living Wage.

Apprentice Engineer

A four-year programme structured around college classroom and workshop, on-site training, and an Engineering HNC.

Apprentice Packaging Operator

This role offers on-site learning and a vocational qualification. In-depth training on the different machines, end-to-end manufacturing processes, including quality checks, fault-finding and much more.
