Last week, our second cohort of budding female entrepreneurs from The WO Business Academy officially graduated. It has been great to see another group of women build their business idea and grow in confidence, we can’t wait to see what they do next!

Hello! I’m Shawla and my business idea is about reinventing your wardrobe, especially surrounding buying less and recycling more.
How much more confident do you feel after completing the Academy?
Extremely confident! It has boosted my self-confidence and my belief that I can set up my own business. I met lovely women with brilliant ideas.
What is your favourite thing about the WO Academy?
All the staff have been positive, friendly, informative, and provided a fantastic environment. I’ll miss coming here!
What are your next steps?
I’m going to map out my business plan, finances, and cash flow spreadsheets. I feel ready to take control of my life and start my business.
Any other comments?
I’ve enjoyed every moment, met lovely people, made friends for life, and realised I’m not the only one struggling and can make things better for myself and other people. I’ll miss you, Women’s Org!
