Launched in 2020, The Fermentation Station has weathered the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and experienced both personal loss and professional barriers on the road to success.

Mixing science and good health, the process of fermentation has been around for centuries and is recognised around the world. With a Spring bounty to harvest, hands-on workshops and exciting collaborations to plan, The Fermentation Station has a bright 2021 to come.
