Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!

About this training

The interactive course will be two 3 hour sessions covering:

– What are business goals?

– Tips for setting business goals

– Short and long-term business goals

– Using SWOT to measure your business health

– Use the SMART method to set business goals

The course will help clients to identify the goals and objectives to develop their business.

The training will take place on Tuesday 14th February between 10am – 4pm at 54 St James Street.

Eligibility:

This programme is open to people living and working in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton)
