Resilience – Level 2

This accredited training course will explore resilience and outline practical strategies we can put in place.

This two-day accredited training programme will explore resilience and outline practical strategies we can put in place. Do you need a resilience boost and some practical strategies to strengthen those inner reserves during these challenging times?

Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!

About this training:

This course is packed full of useful information and gives you the opportunity to reflect on how you are coping and points you in the right direction to move forward and bounce back.

  • Where does resilience come from?
  • Why is it important to have a positive outlook?
  • How do you keep things in perspective?

The training will take place on zoom on Friday 8th April & Friday 22nd April 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm

Eligibility:

This programme is open to women & men living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton).

As this project is funded by the European Social Fund, you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK and fill in a registration form. One of our team will be in touch to collect this from you before the course starts.

Evidence includes:

  • Passport
  • National Insurance letter from HMRC
  • Birth or adoption certificate
