Recognising Your Skills and Strengths

This workshop is all about YOU, what you bring to the table, building confidence, and setting personal and professional goals.

About this training:

As women, we are often taught not to shout about our skills, strengths, and achievements. This friendly, supportive workshop is designed to help you build confidence, understand what you bring to the table, and set goals in your personal life and working life.

The workshop includes:

  • mind mapping your skills and strengths
  • confidence building
  • finding inner resilience
  • setting short term and long term goals
  • understanding your next steps and how to reach your potential

Please note, tickets for this course will close at 9 am on Friday 27th October.

*NB* The training will take place at 54 St James Street on Friday 3rd November from 10am – 4pm.

Learn more about 54 St James Street, the home of The Women’s Organisation, below.

Session Lead: This session will be led by facilitator Roz.
