This course equips you with the skills to create a positive impact and cultivate a supportive environment for growth. Embark on your journey as a mentor and unlock the potential of those around you.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define the principle of mentoring
  • Describe the key qualities, values, and skills of a mentor
  • Give examples of where they can be applied
  • Identify self-development needs in order to meet the qualities and skills of a mentor
  • Give examples of how life events might influence a person’s identity, views, and behaviour toward other people
  • Explain why it is important to be non-judgemental of others

*NB* The training will take place ONLINE on Friday 10th – Friday 17th November, 10am – 1pm.

Tickets will close on Friday 3rd November, 9 am.

This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.
