• This course will cover the principles of project management including:
• Knowing how to plan a project
• The different project phases
• Important factors in project management
• Reviewing a project / evaluating

*NB* The training will take place ONLINE over 2 sessions on Monday 2nd & Monday 9th October from 1 pm – 4 pm.

Tickets will close at 9 am on Monday 25th September
