Introduction to Microsoft Teams

A useful single session to walk you through Teams, particularly while we’re working from home.

Need some practical tips on how to navigate Microsoft Teams?

Introducing this new training session, funded through the European Social Fund!

About this training

This session will walks you through Teams with lots of useful tips and the opportunity to practise some of its most popular features.

Learn how to:

  • Set up a team,
  • Make a rota
  • Plan and allocate tasks
  • Share documents
  • Run a meeting & more!

The training will take place online via Zoom on Tuesday 6th April, 10.00am – 12:00pm.

Eligibility

This programme is open to WOMEN & MEN living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) but please contact our team for full eligibility requirements.

As this project is funded by the European Social Fund, you will need to provide evidence of right to work in the UK and fill in a registration form. One of our team will be in touch to collect this from you before the course starts.

Examples of evidence you could provide includes:

  • Passport
  • National Insurance number card or letter from HMRC
  • Birth or adoption certificate

We will also need some evidence of your current employment status, but our team will discuss this with you based on your individual circumstances.
