About this training

  • This course will cover the principles of project management including:
  • Knowing how to plan a project
  • The different project phases
  • Important factors in project management
  • Reviewing a project / evaluating

*NB* This course takes place over 3 online sessions on Thursday 8th, 15th, & 22nd of November, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.

I do this through 1-2-1 meetings, facilitating courses, and providing the tools and know-how to create and grow fantastic businesses.

I work with start-ups & growth businesses across the North West and I am an Associate Tutor working in the Business School at Edge Hill University with a focus on leadership and management development, as well as coaching and mentoring.

This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.
