Looking to get to grips with project management and learn how to effectively start and finish a project? This evening course will equip you with the knowledge required to effectively project manage.

This course will cover the principles of project management including:

• Knowing how to plan a project
• The different project phases
• Important factors in project management
• Reviewing a project / evaluating

*NB* This course takes place over 3 online sessions on Friday 13th, 20th & 27th, 2pm – 4pm.
