How to: Deal with Difficult Customers

In business you will occasionally be faced with difficult customers, and it is important to understand how to deal with these situations.

Led by The Women’s Organisation this event is part of our business support programme, part funded by European Regional Development Fund and offering FREE advice and guidance to those living in the Liverpool City Region or Greater Manchester thinking of starting a business.

In business you will occasionally be faced with frustrated, aggressive, and difficult customers, and it is important to understand the necessary skills and have the confidence to deal with these situations effectively. In this short courses you will,

• Understand the different types of difficult customer you may come across

• How to minimise and prepare for them

• Learn top tips in dealing with them professionally and effectively
