Enterprise Hub Presents: Understanding Tax and National Insurance

Keep your business safe and learn to understand your National Insurance and Tax requirements.

The Women’s Organisation will guide you through how to register as a Sole Trader, how to pay HMRC, your legal requirements and the support tools available.  Learn the basics of Tax and National Insurance and ensure your business is being run smoothly. 

Having attended this session you will be able to calculate your Tax and NI payments and plan key dates for Self-Assessment.

This course is suitable to men and women who are almost ready to start up their businesses, or who have recently become self-employed, and it is suitable for sole traders and businesses.

 Understanding Tax and National Insurance is part funded by The Women’s Organisation, and we can offer this course to you at a subsidised rate of £50*

Women who are living in Merseyside and thinking of starting a business may be eligible for a FREE place on this course through the Enterprise Hub programme which is part funded by European Regional Development Fund.

Please note, to cancel your place and request a refund you must contact The Women’s Organisation at least 2 working days before the course is due to take place.  Failure to cancel will mean full payment cannot be refunded.
