Nikki Cross is founder and CEO of Thrive Life and Business. Since working with the Women’s Organisation she has launched two key services – her 1:1 coaching for leaders and her membership Thrive Together. Nikki is also the host of The Inner Work Conversation – a podcast focusing on the real stuff that makes us tick, helping business owners, leaders and founders to level up in all aspects of their life & business. With 15 years experience in people development, and more specifically leadership development, Nikki’s aim is to with with the leader, on the leader to create a positive ripple in their life and in their business.

Nadia Greenwood-Ftouhi – Founder of Manira Palm

Nadia (Nads), is the founder of Manira Palm – The Home of Sustainable Tourism. An elegant eco villa, which endeavours to create lasting memories and enriching experiences for all. Nadia believes tourism creates opportunities for a sustainable future, therefore takes priority in helping people immerse in true Moroccan culture. It is through these authentic experiences, local charities and communities are supported in Marrakech.
