Adapting to Change Webinar

Through these difficult and uncertain times, we are constantly having to adapt and change. Even when we aren’t living through a pandemic, circumstances change and we don’t always find adapting to these changes easy.

The Women’s Organisation along with a special expert guess will look at:

– Why we don’t like change

– Strategies to cope with change

-How to be resilient so we can move forward

‘Expert Guest Speaker: Kate Lucy

With over 30 years of experience in education, training and NHS leadership, I left my previous job as the Chief Executive a of a large social enterprise to focus on supporting individuals 1-1.

I updated my training and am now providing a range of counselling, hypnotherapy, coaching and development services to individuals, teams and organisations.

Later this year I will complete my psychotherapy qualification and am really excited to offer a blend of skills to support individual needs.

Given the general level of anxiety that most of us are experiencing right now, its a good time to check in on our own well being and find out what works for us.

‘Change It: Renew’ a programme of support to help women across the Liverpool City Region to improve their resilience, coping mechanisms and mental wellbeing.
