Bricks & Clicks: Sustainable Sales Beyond Lockdown

Supporting retailers to maximise sales online and on the high-street as lockdown lifts

When it comes to retail, Vicky Powell is an expert in developing sales strategies.

Whether you sell your product online or from a shop, the pandemic has shifted the way we do business and forced us to explore new avenues to create sales. As the high-street doors begin to open and more customers move online, Vicky is helping business-owners and retailers adapt to the ‘new normal’.

This event will help you understand how to reconnect with former customers, discover new ones and maximise your sales, laying the foundation for your business to sustain AND thrive during this period of uncertainty.

Vicky Powell:

Vicky is a retail coach and helps small, independent retailers – selling online and in shops, to sell more stock, find new customers and thrive despite a very challenge retail climate. She has 25 years retail experience having worked in Buying, for big retail brands in UK, including Home Bargains, Matalan, Liverpool Football Club & the BBC.

Alongside working with independent clicks and bricks retailers, Vicky also has her own small retail business and has grown that to a six-figure business in less than a year. She understands the “juggle” and the multi-tasking a small retailer has to do, because she too does that in her retail business.

She is passionate about all things retail, saving the high street and supporting small retailers, teaching them everything she knows to help them sell stock, become profitable and make their business a career rather than a hobby.

She has been featured in Forbes magazine, spoken at Womanifest & NEC Spring Fair and featured on TV; Channel 4 “Supershoppers”.
