Beyond Lockdown – Building Equal Workplaces

Building Equal Workplaces will consider how you can promote inclusiveness and create a culture of diversity in your organisation.

As lockdown begins to lift and preparations are put in place to return to our workplaces, it’s time to reimagine business as we know it and to build back better.

There has never been a greater awareness on and discussion around racial inequality, and it is clear there is a lot of work to be done – particularly in business.

We all have a role to play in building a more fair, equal and just world. This event will challenge attendees to critically examine workplace inequities, question the norms, and inspire all to take action in the creation of a more inclusive system.

Panel:

Dominique Walker – Independent Merseyside Police BAME committee member, Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University, Vice Chair of the Anthony Walker Foundation & a Founder of The Goddess Project

Michelle Charters – Chief Executive Officer of Kuumba Imani Centre

& Hosted by Cynthia Ajayi – The Women’s Organisation

Event is taking place on Tuesday 16th June at 11am.

This is an online webinar hosted on Zoom. Prior to the event, we will email you a link and a password to enter.
