Niamh Mercer is the Deputy Leader of PLMR’s PR & Corporate Communications team and leads PLMR’s Liverpool City Region outreach.

Niamh has a track record of designing and implementing PR and reputation management strategies that deliver for her client’s business objectives, at the national, regional, and local levels. She has fostered positive relationships with journalists across several sectors and works closely with clients to pinpoint opportunities for media engagement, regularly securing strategically valuable coverage.
