embrace equity IWD

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re looking back on our International Women’s Day celebrations and the talented, dedicated, and inspiring women we met along the way. The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day was embrace equity. Here at The Women’s Organisation, embracing equity was at the forefront of our IWD celebrations. From our panel event, to our #WomenWhoLead online campaign, we’re entering April feeling inspired and refreshed.

We contacted women industry leaders from across Liverpool and the UK to open up to us about what embracing equity means to them and what it can look like in our personal and professional lives. Check them out below.
