When a woman is empowered, women are empowered. Each new achievement reinforces us all.

Personal Development

This is where you find the confidence to achieve your dreams

Building a woman’s confidence is the first step in making a change. By being able to fully believe in yourself, the possibilities to what you can achieve are endless, and The Women’s Organisation will continue to help women become more confident and achieve great things. Our personal development and confidence building is designed to help women see their true potential and turn that potential into success.

Personal Development Courses

Whatever your background and whatever ideas that you have for the future, building your confidence is the right way to achieve. If you would like to develop your confidence, self-esteem and develop personally to change your life to the better, then The Women’s Organisation want to be here to help you on that journey.

Our one-day course here at our Liverpool City Centre building, might be the perfect first step for you.
'Become a More Confident You' runs monthly and is available to women. The course is led by our supportive trainer and focuses on building confidence and developing self-esteem.

We will help you to create a more positive outlook, become more assertive and begin planning positively for the future. By the end of the day you will have identified the qualities and capabilities that you have, and be more confident in deciding in which direction your future lies.

Unlike some of our other courses, Become a More Confident You focusses on your personal confidence, rather than business.

So if you’d like to build your self-esteem and confidence, and change your life, talk to our team about Personal Development, and book onto Become a More Confident You.

We believe in you, and you can too…

Contact our team on hello@thewo.org.uk or book here on our events page

Beyond 'Become a More Confident You' we offer more intensive personal development programmes for women as and when funding allows.  Please visit our 'Change it' programme page to find out more about one of these such programmes we currently have available.
