Our personal development and confidence building is designed to help women see their true potential and turn that potential into success.
 

Personal Development Courses

Whatever your background and whatever ideas that you have for the future, building your confidence is the right way to achieve. If you would like to develop your confidence, self-esteem and develop personally to change your life to the better, then The Women’s Organisation want to be here to help you on that journey.

Become a More Confident You

Our one-day course here at our Liverpool City Centre building, might be the perfect first step for you.
'Become a More Confident You' runs monthly and is available to women. The course is led by our supportive trainer and focuses on building confidence and developing self-esteem.

We will help you to create a more positive outlook, become more assertive and begin planning positively for the future. By the end of the day you will have identified the qualities and capabilities that you have, and be more confident in deciding in which direction your future lies.

Change It: Progress to success 

Change It is a 4-8 week confidence and resilience building programme delivered by The Women's Organisation at 54 St James Street and Liverpool's childrens centres.

This course is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund. For more information on this programme, click here

Ways to Wellbeing Liverpool

Through Citizens Advice on Prescription: Ways to Wellbeing Liverpool, we offer two one-day courses: 'Step Beyond Stress' and 'Motivate Your Mind'. They seek to support women in the Liverpool City Council Area improve their management of stress and become more resilient. 

These courses are available to any woman living in the Liverpool City Council Area who are dealing with stress or living with a health condition or a disability.
