Our Conference Suite and Rooms

Roddick Conferencing  Suite  

A sophisticated conference venue with fabulous views of the River Mersey and Liverpool City catering for up to 150 delegates theatre style with a half day rate of £188 and full day rate of £300 . The suite can be used as one or divided into two or three separate areas,  these are elegant training, networking or social spaces. All rooms are fully equipped with lecterns, static & roving microphones and state of the art integrated audio-visual equipment, video conferencing facilities are available as well as blu-ray/DVD players, iPod docks.

The Roddick Conference Suite is very versatile; located on the fourth floor of the building and have easy access to external roof terraces. All rooms have natural light and heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room. Free connectivity WiFi is available.

fawcett room

A light and airy room on our third floor the Fawcett is appropriate for networking and training events, can accommodate up to 20 people cabaret or theatre style. The Fawcett room is available from £99 for half a day session, or £158 for a full day. This room also benefits from natural light, heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room.  Free WiFi connectivity is available.

Wilkinson Suite

This contemporary designed semi–circular room is the equiped IT suite with integrated 8 PCs with wired internet as well as additional space for laptops, locker units. Screen and projector are available upon request, free WiFi connectivity is also available. This room also benefits from natural light, heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room.

Parks and Simey Suites

The Suites are located on the first and third floor of the building, both rooms have the facilities of plasma screen; TV; integrated audio visual and IT. The Suites provide smart environments ideal for hosting client presentations, board meetings and staff development sessions for up to 10 people. This room also benefits from natural light, heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room, free WiFi.

Bebbington Lounge

The Bebbington Lounge is a relaxed yet vibrant space ideal for more informal meetings or interviews. This room is furnished with couches and arm chairs and works as a reception and breakout space for development days and is available for per hour for £10 + VAT or half day at £30 + VAT of full day rate of £48 + VAT. This room also benefits from natural light, heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room. Free WiFi connectivity is available.

Suu Kyi; Butler; Rathbone; Curie and Amos Rooms

These smaller meeting rooms are stylishly and comfortably designed to facilitate meetings / interviews of between 2 and 6 people and are available at £48 for a full day or £30 for a half day. These rooms also benefit from natural light, heating and cooling system which can be controlled from inside the room.  Free WiFi connectivity is available.
