So I had to adapt: I moved my workshops online\, I started looking at what the problems in my industry were from my client perspectives and offering a solution and how I effectively could communicate this to my audience\, current and potential clients. This has led me to creating a three tiered approach to suit multiple budgets and levels of ability; offering consultations over a period of months\, making applicable and bitesize workshops to help businesses to adapt online using the strategy I have applied to my own business and making sure my time is allocated correctly – from streamlining my enquiry approach\, to having set\, clear boundaries\, timescales and pricing with a transparent breakdown of what is included with each of my services.
