During the sessions you will meet other like-minded women business leaders and leave with a plan to fast track your business or organisation moving forward. \n \nWhat to expect \nYour journey starts here! \nThe Excelerate Women coaching system has been created with results in mind\, both results in confidence for you as a leader and results in numbers (tangible return on investment). Early on we will set you up with our action calendar\, so before the 6 weeks are up\, you will have already seen a return on your time. \nWe understand that for women in business sometimes time commitment is a stretch\, or there may be others within your organisation who you would prefer to benefit from specific elements of the programme. All we ask from you is that you commit to signing up\, being involved in leading the strategy elements of the programme\, but if you would prefer to nominate a team member to pick up different modules or meetings then just let us know along the way. \n \nProgramme Outline \nJoin in these core coaching sessions: \nSession 1 – Tuesday 1st February\, 9.30am Deep Dive \nLive on zoom work with our advisors to really shine a microscope on your business. Evaluating effectiveness across the board and identifying areas for growth to start to build strategy action points. \nSession 2 – Growth Goals & Mindset (2 hours – time TBC) \nBook a 1:1 slot with our mentor. We will help you understand the importance of goals and setting them for your business. Its not just a case of writing goals down\, its deciding whats important for the business\, and going for them. Sometimes\, as entrepreneurs\, you will see new opportunities\, but by deciding what would make a good month\, quarter or year now and sticking to it\, we won’t find ourselves getting distracted. \nSession 3- Action Calendar (2 hours – time TBC) \nOnce we have our goals and know where we are heading\, we will introduce you to our Action Calendar Tool. It will help you build in the activity that’s going to get you to where you need to be. This session will be a group mentoring session where you will be able to discuss your action plan with other women in business\, guided by our enterprise expert. \nSession 4 – Supercharge Your Socials (flexible learning in your own time) \nWe will give your and your team access to flexible learning resources to access at a time that suits you over the coming days including: \n– SEO MADE SIMPLE – Understanding core Search Engine Optimisation principles to maximise your website or web presence \n-FINESSE YOUR FACEBOOK – Taking facebook further \n– TWITTER – 3 module from starter to Twitter Ninja level \n– MAXIMISE YOUR LINKEDIN – using Linkedin effectively \n– I CAN INSTAGRAM – Understanding how to use Instagram effectively \n– DEVELOPING CREATIVE CONTENT – Cross platform content planning \n– KEEPING CONNECTED DURING A PANDEMIC – Content marketing and PR techniques \nSession 5 – Excelerate Your Brand 1pm-3.30pm \nWorking as a group your programme leader will show you how to audit your website f\, highlight any opportunities and identify ways you can increase traffic to your website. We will also have a look at your competitors and show you what they are doing and touch on SEO which we will be working on further over the weekend. \nWe will work with your coach to look at how to increase your social media presence\, set social media targets\, understand how to analyse your data and boost your ROI. and will be introduced to the online training resources that will be available to you over the next few days \nSession 6 – Final Strategy \nTogether we will take all of our actions\, goals and learning over the past week and create a strategy together to grow your business over the coming months. We can schedule quarterly catch up sessions from here to keep you on track and get you to the next level. \nAlongside the core mentoring sessions which are a mixture of 1:1 and group working you and your team will be given access to online training to complete in your own time that will further enhance your skills in strategy planning and marketing. If there are additional growth areas you would like to explore we have the flexibility to look at these with you in our 1:1 sessions. \n \nEligibility \nThis programme is open to women running a business (profit making or social enterprise) registered in Greater Manchester. The business must be currently sustaining (not in crisis\, or yet to make an income)\, ready to explore growth and have a business to business focus (for example a social enterprise who contracts with a local authority\, or a small business who offers services to other businesses). \nThis project is part funded by European Regional Development Fund so you will be asked to complete registration documents to confirm your eligibility and will be asked to supply evidence of participation in the programme.
