This is definitely an issue if you are working from home, especially when the kitchen table doubles as your office space.

Join our half day workshop and learn how to spot the warning signs and put in place the best strategies to help get the balance right. Hear our top tips and share what works for you!

Take a break from work, make some time for this session and get your life back!
